ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Wholesale Administration Coordinator at SIR. This part time role offers the chance to contribute to our established and growing wholesale business that operates in both domestic and international markets. The role requires a high degree of organisation, a basic understanding and interest in fashion, strong writing and verbal communication skills necessary to liaise with clients, creativity, and problem-solving skills, you will play a key role in maintaining the professional reputation of SIR. In this role, you will primarily work closely with the VP of Global Wholesale in addition to getting some exposure to the operations and team.

This role is a great entry level opportunity for someone looking to improve their understanding of the fashion industry, sales, and develop relationships in the domestic and international fashion space.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Manage daily administrative tasks and seasonal reporting, working collaboratively with the Vice President of Global Wholesale.
• Manage data entry associated with local and international sales orders.
• Generate OCs for indent and in-season orders.
• Customer maintenance across CRM systems.
• Effectively managing communication with our wholesale clients.
• Own the seasonal wholesale tracker, including approvals to ship, etc.
• Provide customer service support to national and international accounts as required.
• Manage the returns and credits process in Indigo8
• Manage sample tracking and delivery to International Major partners for pre-shooting and campaign opportunities.
• Manage and track SMS handover from Design to Wholesale to PR.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of seasonal stockist kits.
• Assist with showroom set-up and market weeks domestically.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE ROLE

 

• Wholesale or similar sales experience in a role requiring strong organisation and administration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Experience with JOOR and Indigo8 preferred
• Tertiary education preferred
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong process and data management skills
• Experimental, being open to try new ways of doing things
• High confidence to work autonomously
• Collaborative style (ability to develop solid relationships within the business and externally)
• Flexible and adaptable
